Monday-Thursday: class runs from 6am-9.15am
Don’t worry, you are not expected to stay for the whole time! Ashtanga Yoga is taught one on one in the group setting which means you can start and finish at anytime during class hours to suit your schedule. If you are a beginner please email in advance and allow around 30-40 minutes for your first class.
Doors open 6am, teaching starts at 6.30am. If you wish to arrive before 6.30am please email Caroline in advance on firstname.lastname@example.org.
We advise all students aim to arrive by 8.15am latest – this gives you an hour for your practice.
Teaching finishes at 9am. You have until 9.15am to finish the closing postures and rest.
Friday Led Primary: doors open 6.30am class runs 6.45am-8.15am. This is a full led primary series class, counted in Sanskrit, with the group moving through the sequence at the same time to the count of the teacher. It is a wonderful way to gain knowledge of the intricacies of the primary series and refine your vinyasa. We do not recommend complete beginners attend led primary as their very first class – please come to a regular class first so we can teach you one-on-one. After a week or so led primary is an important addition to your yoga practice.
SUNDAY SHALA: 7.30am-9.30am from Sunday 3rd September up until Christmas. AB Unlimited students £5 drop-in, £12 regular drop-in, £10/class when you buy a block of four or more in advance – please email email@example.com to take advantage of this option.
**NB: there is NO CLASS on Sunday 1st October – please practice at home**
